Yes. AiMED is specifically trained for Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian, including medical terminology, local medication names and diagnostic codes (ICD-10). The system continuously improves based on feedback from doctors across the region.
No. AiMED works with equipment you already own: laptop microphone, regular phone earbuds, or smartphone. No need for expensive installations or specialized hardware.
Not at all. The system is ready to use immediately after registration. The interface is designed to be intuitive. If you know how to press 'Record' and 'Copy', you know how to use AiMED. For larger clinics we offer a free demonstration for the entire team.
Yes. You can upload your own templates that you are accustomed to, or use standardized forms from your clinic. AiMED automatically adapts dictated text to the structure you choose, including headers, report sections and stamp placement. Word templates with defined fields are also supported. No problem. You can pause and continue recording, re-record the entire dictation, or directly edit the generated text before downloading. AI structures the report only after the dictation is complete, so you have full control over the final result.
Absolutely. AiMED uses end-to-end data encryption. Voice recordings are deleted immediately after processing. All dictations are processed in compliance with GDPR regulations and BiH Personal Data Protection Law. Your data is not used for training public AI models. Reports belong exclusively to you and your institution.
Yes. AiMED automatically links reports to a patient profile. You can search by name, date or report type, and access the complete history of previous reports with one click.
AiMED requires an internet connection as AI processing is performed on secure servers. However, once a report is generated, you can download it as a Word document and use it offline. Even a mobile internet connection is sufficient.
