What is AiMED?
AiMED is an AI dictation tool for doctors that helps you create reports and medical documentation faster and more easily. You dictate or record the consultation, and AiMED returns a clean, structured report.
How can I use AiMED?
Two main ways: transcription, where you dictate a report and AiMED returns clean text with no need for punctuation or reformatting; and voice-driven templates, where you describe the case as you would to a colleague and AiMED fills in your template in real time and learns your style.
I already use a reporting system. Can I dictate inside it?
Yes. AiMED fits into your existing workflow and integrates with most medical software used in the region. You don't change your system or hardware; the dictation goes straight where you already write reports.
How long does setup take and what equipment do I need?
Less than a single report. No IT project, no waiting: AiMED runs in a web browser, and all you need is a device with a microphone (phone, tablet, laptop or desktop). Most doctors start dictating the same day.
Does AiMED understand our medical terminology?
Yes. AiMED is tuned to Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian medical vocabulary, plus English and German, and it handles grammar and punctuation.
Is AiMED secure and GDPR compliant?
Yes. All data processing happens exclusively within the European Union, and AiMED acts as a data processor with no long-term storage of reports. The parent company CEE-MED d.o.o. holds ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 9001 and ISO 37001 certifications.
